Lovell Homes would like to introduce you to their proposals for new homes on
Land at Cherry Pie Lane, Sparkford.

The application site sits within the centre of Sparkford to the south of the A303 and west of the railway line.
The site measures 1.37 hectares (ha) and consists of an open field of unimproved grassland. Existing development bounds the site with a recreation ground to the south.
Lovell Homes proposes a high quality development comprising of up to 36 no. dwellings, utilising an existing vehicular access from ‘the Avenue’ through ‘Bennett Close’, providing a landscaped and pedestrian friendly route through the development to focus upon the open landscape to the south, surface water attenuation features and retained ecological features. The scheme will assist in the delivery of housing for the Sparkford and wider area.
