The Proposal.

The development at Sparkford seeks to provide approximately 36 no. high quality new homes.  Taking precedent from the local context, the layout uses the existing site entrance from Bennett Close and leads to the open existing landscape to the south via a pedestrian friendly landscaped avenue.

With a mixture of two storey and single storey dwellings, the proposals seek to minimise visual intrusion into the surrounding environment, whilst also responding to existing trees and ecological features. The development aims to create a place with a distinctive character but which includes features in-keeping with the style of local building.  The intention is to create an important area within the parish, providing richness and variety to the housing mix available.
